Ukrainian and British children in Cheltenham collected funds to help children who remained in Ukraine
Playing the piano, violin, and saxophone, performing modern and national Ukrainian songs – this is how Ukrainian and British children in Cheltenham (England) collected funds to help children who remained in Ukraine.
Caring volunteers Marta Pilianska, Khrystyna Pak, and Lora Koarranged have arranged a charity concert to raise awareness among local residents about the difficulties Ukrainian children and families living in Ukraine face every day due to the war. The organizers paid special attention to the problem of the deportation of Ukrainian children by the Russians. Mrs. Marta Pilyanska also told the audience about the rescue missions of Save Ukraine, thanks to which a little over a hundred children have already returned home.
In the breaks between the heartfelt performances of the children, guests were treated to goodies for a small donation. All the participants of the event seem to have united into a single entity for the sake of helping the children of Ukraine.
We would like to thank Marta Pilyanska, Laura Kobzarenko, and Khrystyna Pak for organizing and conducting such a wonderful concert, supporting our team’s activities, and saving little lives.
You have shown that even in the most tough times, there is always room for faith and hopе.
