“Your health is your future” is a topic discussed last week by @acet_ukraine volunteers together with our young wards, whom the Save Ukraine team takes care of in the “Hope and Healing” centers.
During the training, teenagers reflected on how harmful and useful habits affect human values and our lives. They actively discussed addictions, talked about how to avoid them and why it is important. And in the end, we came to the conclusion that how happy our future will be depends on the formation of healthy habits and life values.
We are once again grateful to ACET for the psychological support of our wards, thanks to which they feel more confident, courageous and open to life, despite the war in Ukraine.
