We launch an Early Intervention Program with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands at our Center
On December 11, Save Ukraine signed an agreement with the Embassy of the Netherlands to support the Save Ukraine Early Intervention program in Irpin. This initiative focuses on families raising children under the age of 4 who have developmental delays or are at risk of such challenges. The program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands to provide early developmental support for children affected by the war and their families.
Early intervention aims to identify promptly and address developmental challenges in children aged 0 to 4 while providing families with essential resources and support. The program’s core philosophy is that the family is the primary environment for a child’s development. Specialists work to empower parents, helping them create the best possible conditions for their child’s growth and learning.
A key component of the early intervention program is home visits. In their familiar environment, children learn best, and parents receive practical advice on how to support their children in everyday life.
Thanks to funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, we will establish a comprehensive support system in Irpin for children under four and their families. This system aims to improve the quality of life for children and their loved ones. With such support, children with developmental challenges can gain independence, and their families can experience a more harmonious life.
We are deeply grateful to our partners for their trust and collaboration in building a brighter future!
