Imagine a school with over 1,800 students, but only one psychologist for the entire facility. This is the reality at Lyceum No. 1 in Hostomel—the only public educational institution left in the town since the other was destroyed at the start of the full-scale invasion.

When parents reached out for support through the Hostomel Community Center, the specialists at the Save Ukraine Family Hub in Irpin responded immediately.

Our psychologist and educator traveled there to train 30 professionals, including primary school teachers and their assistants. The main focus was on working with children who have ADHD. The educators received specific tools and practical materials they can start using in their classrooms right away.

We are always glad to share our expertise beyond our hub because it creates a true ripple effect. 30 trained teachers means hundreds of children in Hostomel will now learn in a calmer, more comfortable, and understanding school environment.
